I’m a health and wellness creator for women in midlife — and I built this brand because I looked around the beauty and wellness space and couldn’t find a single woman who looked like me or lived like me. So I became her.

At 45, I launched a UGC creator career on one decision: that it wasn’t too late to go after a dream and change how women in midlife see aging.

Four years later, I have 100+ brand partnerships — including Canva, Sephora, Nivea, eHarmony, and Match.com — and a community of women in midlife who trust what I say because I’m living the same life they are.

I speak to women navigating perimenopause, starting over, parenting teens, finding love again, rebuilding their lives after 40 – and finally learning to put themselves first.
